Head of our Foreign Investment and Corporate Affairs department, Johannes has extensive experience in advising multinationals as well as SMEs on their overseas investment structures and operations in Greater China. His main focus being company formations, legal compliance, restructuring and liquidation, Johannes brings strong knowledge of both contract and company law, combined with multiple overseas experiences, constant exposure to an international environment and a highly motivated, creative, flexible mindset. From our Shanghai office, he leads our Mainland China operations with the support of a team of 7 experienced professionals across 3 different locations.
